With all action sports, it is important that you learn the correct technique from minute one; thus, the guides will give you some techniques to start paddling.
The Arenal Lake offers a great scenery to enjoy your first time on a SUP, with a short brief you can start paddling the calm lake and start enjoying the breathtaking views of Arenal Volcano and wildlife around.
At your arrival to the Arenal Lake, the guides will take you to the floating platform, where you will gear you up and start our floating exploration. The “Nalu” Stand Paddle Boards are ergonomic and specially designed for the best experience, with an aerodynamic shape, and built for the best comfort, these boards will make your experience more suitable and fun than using a modified surfing board.
SUP delivers a full-body workout and thus has become a popular cross-training activity. Moreover, since you stand at your full height, you can enjoy unique views of everything from the mountains in the horizon, to the wildlife present at the lake.
Does not matter if you are novice or an expert, SUP can be enjoyed for anyone, only requirement is to dare on having a great day and left all your stress behind. Once you are comfortable balancing on the board in flat water, it is time to take off on a longer excursion -where the real fun begins.
