The Sarapiqui River is the perfect adventure of Flora and Fauna. The Class III & IV rapids are perfect for first-time paddlers looking for a challenge or families interested in a fun, set in the lowlands of the rainforest, you’ll get breathtaking views of tropical birds and lush jungle landscapes.
Sarapiqui allows you to not only enjoy the rapids, but also rediscover that childhood ability to play: relax in the flat, crystal pools between the rapids, and swim and splash around.
This trip begins in La Fortuna, in Costa Rica’s Arenal region, where the expert guide will pick you up in private transportation from your hotel and you will travel 1:30 hours to the river.
